1.1. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the use of the MiStatus online service (the “Service”), including the website and the Telegram bot, provided by Администрацией Сервиса MiStatus.
1.2. By using the Service — including launching the bot, registering, paying for services, or obtaining access to materials — the User confirms that they have fully reviewed these Terms and accept them in full.
1.3. If the User disagrees with the Terms, they must stop using the Service.
2.1. The Service provides intangible digital services: processing (re-encoding) of video files for publishing to a WhatsApp status while preserving quality and compatibility, as well as delivery of the finished video to the User. The Service is not a product of Meta Platforms, Inc. or WhatsApp LLC and is not affiliated with them; “WhatsApp” is used solely to indicate compatibility.
2.2. The User acknowledges and agrees that the value of the service lies in the processing, preparation, maintenance, and support, and not in the exclusivity of individual features.
2.3. The Service does not claim or guarantee the uniqueness or unavailability of similar features outside the Service.

4.1. The Service is not intended to encourage, organize, or facilitate unlawful activity.
4.2. The User undertakes to use the Service solely within applicable law and third-party rules, and to upload only content for which they hold all the necessary rights.
4.3. Responsibility for the lawful use of the Service's materials and services rests entirely with the User.
5.1. All materials of the Service (design, source code, layout) are protected by intellectual property law and belong to the Administration. Rights to content uploaded by the User remain with the User.
5.2. The User may not copy, distribute, resell, or otherwise use the Service's materials without the rights holder's permission.
5.3. Infringement of intellectual property rights may result in restriction of access to the Service without compensation.
6.1. The Administration may suspend or restrict the User's access to the Service in case of:

6.3. The Administration reserves the right to refuse service to Users whose actions may create elevated risks for the Service, payment providers, or third parties.
7.1. Payment for services and digital goods is made on the terms stated in the Service prior to payment.
7.2. Due to the intangible nature of digital services, refunds are not provided after access has been granted, except in the cases stated below.

7.5. The refund decision is made by the Administration on a case-by-case basis.
7.6. The User agrees not to initiate a payment chargeback through payment systems without first contacting the Service's support.
8.1. The Administration may collect the minimum necessary technical data to operate the Service.
8.2. The Administration takes reasonable measures to protect data but does not guarantee the absolute security of transmitted information. See the Privacy Policy for details.
9.1. The Administration may amend these Terms.
9.2. The current version of the Terms is published in the Service.
9.3. Continued use of the Service constitutes the User's agreement to the updated terms.
